Our masterclasses and intensive workshops bring together screenwriting, directing, production and acting – the disciplines that shape a film from its first idea to the moment it comes alive in front of the camera.

Led by experienced professionals, the Academy is built around practical work, personal exchange and artistic development.

It is open to professionals and emerging talents – but also explicitly to career changers and serious beginners who want to discover and develop their abilities.

Professional standards do not require a professional résumé.

What matters is curiosity, commitment and the willingness to work.

Im November 2026 startet die NEW DAKOTA ACADEMY mit ihren ersten Masterclasses im Haus Wohnung in Voerde.

Den Auftakt bilden zwei intensive Wochenenden zu SCHAUSPIEL und DREHBUCHSCHREIBEN.

Die Workshops richten sich an Menschen mit ersten Erfahrungen ebenso wie an professionell Arbeitende – und ausdrücklich auch an Anfänger und Quereinsteiger.

Entscheidend ist nicht, was jemand bereits gemacht hat – sondern wie ernsthaft er oder sie sich auf die gemeinsame Arbeit einlassen möchte.
